Jose L. Bravo and Javier Martinez created Bravo Construction and Development, LLC, in June of 2018. Bravo Construction and Development is a residential contractor building quality home in Tulsa, OK and surrounding communities. Mr. Bravo is an accomplished entrepreneur with multiple businesses in the food service, distribution, real estate and utility construction industries. Mr. Martinez is a reputable framer with over twenty years of experience, generally framing eighty to ninety houses per year for different builders with living spaces ranging from 1,200 to 17,000 square feet. In addition to framing, Mr. Martinez plays a crucial role in Bravo Homes with his knowledge and connections of the best subcontractors and finishers in the area.

How long is the average build time?
Weather permitting, we estimate 5-6 months once the building permit is approved.
May I visit the home during construction?
Of course! Anytime the home is open or workers are present, you are welcome to walk through the property. We just ask that you do not give instructions to the workers as this leads to costly mistakes and miscommunication. Please always wear shoes and keep a close eye on kiddos as this is an active construction site with the potential for nails, broken glass, or other dangers.
Do I need a Construction Loan?
Not necessarily. If you choose one of our standard floor plans and a lot owned by Bravo Homes, you will only need to pay an upfront deposit. No additional monies will be needed until the day of closing. In the event you choose to build on your own land or a custom plan, a construction loan may be required. Is a deposit required to secure my home?
A deposit is required once a contract has been signed. The deposit is lower for move-in ready homes and higher for custom builds. The deposit is applied towards the final purchase price at closing. Can I modify one of Bravo’s floor plans?
Absolutely! Bravo Homes has an in-house architect that will work with you directly to create the perfect plan.
What finishes are included?
Bravo Homes is proud to include quality finishes in all of our homes such as real hardwood floors, natural stone countertops throughout, soft-close drawers and cabinets, premium hardware, spray-foam insulation, wood-cased windows, crown molding, covered patios with a gas stub, a sprinkler system, and so much more!
Which selections can I make?
Depending on which phase of construction the home is in, selections may include paint colors, brick, light fixtures, countertops, tile and backsplash, flooring, doors, and appliances.
Does Bravo offer a warranty?
Yes! Each of our homes include a one-year builder’s warranty as provided by the Home Builder’s Association.
